Return Policy
When your chair or scooter arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for defects or damage. If the product has any defects or damage we will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new one for no additional charge, at the option of the manufacturer. If the correct product is delivered without defects you have 10 days to return it or exchange it for a different model. Simply call our customer service number at 1-800-470-8941 toll free and we will send or fax you a Return Authorization Release Form. You will be required to re-package the product for pickup, and scooters and wheelchairs will require factory restocking charges. Once the product is received back at our facility in good condition, we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee and freight charges. Wheelchair, lift, and scooter order cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
WHEELCHAIR and SCOOTER LIFTS
You must inspect lifts immediately upon delivery for any defects or damage. Once you sign a delivery receipt for a lift you are stating that it has been received in good condition. If there are any defects or damage to your new lift you must decline the shipment. Each manufacturer of lifts has a different warranty and policy. Some manufacturers repair any malfunctions to the unit and others replace any faulty parts at no charge. You should review the warranty information in your shipment to see which applies to your lift. All lift manufacturers refuse to honor a warranty for a unit that has been damaged during installation by a non-qualified installer. Once a lift has been delivered Electric Scooters 101 cannot except returns. Following delivery the factory warranty applies to any malfunctions or problems with the lift.
Vertical Platform Lifts
When your new lift arrives you must inspect it immediately upon delivery for any defects or damage. Once you sign a delivery receipt for a vertical lift you are stating that it has been received in good condition. If there are any defects or damage to your vertical lift you must decline the shipment and refuse to sign for the delivery. Once you have accepted delivery you are stating that the lift was received in good condition. The lift is not eligible for return once you have accepted delivery. The factory warranty applies immediately following delivery acceptance and returns must go directly to the factory of origin with factory authorization. Some manufacturers repair any malfunctions to the unit and others replace any faulty parts at no charge. Orders for Standard Lifts Only may be cancelled prior to shipment and will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee. Once a standard lift has been shipped any cancellation will result in full shipping charges, a 15% restocking fee, and a 6% handling fee. Orders for all Non-Standard Lifts & Custom Lifts may not be cancelled.
